About the Chef
STEVE RASMUSSEN
Steve has come from a fine dining background in restaurants in
Cin Cin, Auckland, New Zealand, Michelin-starred restaurants in
London, and Lynchs, Scusa Mi and Tribeca restaurants in Melbourne.
His aim at The Brown Cow is to incorporate high quality food,
without pretension, using the skills gleaned from travel through
Europe, Asia and America. His all-consuming passion for food
ensures diners are treated to a menu in the best modern- Australian
style, which is changed seasonally to take advantage of the best
and freshest food available within Australia.
